1. Services

We provide printing, design, customization, and related services through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Orders and Artwork Submission

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, text, images, and design files are accurate and free from errors.
• We are not liable for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, low-resolution images, incorrect layouts, or other issues present in customer-approved artwork.
• Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees will be added to the order total where required.

4. Proof Approval

• Digital proofs may be provided for customer approval before printing.
• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for accuracy.
• Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the design and content. We are not responsible for errors discovered after approval.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, technical issues, supplier shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control shall not make us liable for any losses or damages.
• Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the customised nature of printed products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
• If an order contains a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
• Our liability is limited to reprinting the order or providing a refund at our discretion.

7. Color Variations

• Colors displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, and printed materials may vary.
• Minor variations between proofs and final printed products are normal and do not constitute defects.

8. Intellectual Property

• Customers warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any content submitted for printing.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations.
• All website content, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of the Company and may not be used without written permission.

9. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:

• Illegal, defamatory, or obscene content;
• Hate speech or discriminatory material;
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Any material that violates applicable laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
